Refund and Returns Policy

 

At Evie & Fenn, we hope you absolutely love your purchase. Every piece is thoughtfully selected and carefully packed, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 


Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and wrapping must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

 

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@eviefenn.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you to confirm approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

 


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in checking all items before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.

 

 


Gift Orders

If you received an item as a gift and need to return it, please contact us with the order number (if available). Refunds for gifted items will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed.

 

 


Personalised & Gift-Wrapped Items

Please note that:

  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty
  • Gift wrapping and personalised message services are non-refundable once fulfilled

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened skincare or personal care products) cannot be returned unless faulty.
