Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
Personalised or custom items are non-refundable unless faulty
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
